IGBT - Driver
1. Special Properties
The driver circuit IT01 enables the control of power IGBTs (or FETs) via an optocoupler or fiber optic link (FOC).
The saturation voltage UCEU_{CE} of the power semiconductor (IGBT) can optionally be monitored using a fast high-voltage diode.
In this case, the collector connection is routed via a single wire to Phoenix connector X4/2.
If UCEU monitoring is not required, contact X4/2 must be connected to contact X2/2 (Emitter GND), corresponding to configuration mod1.
The gate-emitter wiring must be twisted. Cable lengths should not exceed 30 cm.
