1. Special Properties
The six-pulse control unit ISIC 6D.1 enables operation of all standard 3-phase line-commutated converter circuits, including B6C, M3.2C, M6, B6HC, and W3C with resistive loads. The unit can be switched to long-pulse mode, allowing W3C operation for transformer loads.
It consists of two PCBs—power supply and pulse generator—assembled into a single unit with a front cover plate in RAL 7032.
All inputs and outputs are routed to a 32-pin a/c connector according to DIN 41612.
Compatible controllers include models such as RPA and RPT.
