ISR 06

The ISR 06 control unit is a complete triggering and regulation system for DC power supplies, integrated on a single PCB. Using jumper J1, either long pulses for W3C controller circuits with inductive loads or short pulses for B6C thyristor bridges can be selected.

In the event of a phase failure, an automatic pulse lockout is activated to protect the rectifier system and connected loads. Upon restoration of the missing phase—or during initial power-up—the system ramps up to the preset value to avoid inrush currents.

The control unit includes phase sequence monitoring, which blocks pulse output if the system is rotating counterclockwise, ensuring protection against incorrect phase order.
